1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within the next business day from the date of purchase.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays
  • Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time

2. Shipping Cost:

  • Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $60.
  • For orders below $60, the shipping fee may vary depending on the shipping destination and number of items purchased.  Exact shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Packaging:

  • Your jewelry or any other purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.
  • If you're purchasing a gift, let us know, and we'll provide special gift packaging upon request.

5. Returns and Exchange:
